Late Arrivals & Early Departures

1. Late arrival to school is a breach of discipline. A student who comes late to school must enter the date and time of
arrival into the Regularity Record under ‘Late’. Late arrival is punishable. Parents are called if a student comes late for
more than 5 days.
2. Entry into class for latecomers is granted only when they show the class teacher/teacher-in-charge the Regularity
Record duly counter-signed by the Principal / Vice-Principal.
3. Those who have to leave the school campus early for any reason whatsoever should obtain written permission from the Principal/Vice-Principal. The same should be shown to the Class Teacher before leaving the school campus.
4. If for any reason the Parent / Guardian wants his / her ward to leave the school during the school hours, a written
the request should be entered in the Regularity Record (prior leave) by the Parent/Guardian and presented to the
Principal for approval.
5. If any student wishes to leave the campus during class hours, he/she should obtain the gate pass and show the same to the class teacher. On re-entering the campus, he/she should get the security to note the time of entry. The pass should then be submitted to the reception.
6. Students who frequently arrive late to school may not be allowed to enter the school.
